BUILT TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS
- All of our engineering projects have been checked and approved by the local Chamber of Civil Engineers.
- Turkish Earthquake Regulation 2007 is used legally in Northern Cyprus. The lowest concrete class that should be used according to the earthquake regulations is at the C20 level. The concrete pressure used in our construction is at the C35 level. All necessary pressure tests were performed.
- Reinforced concrete elements such as columns, curtains, beams, plates and reinforcement used in the foundation have been checked and documented at every stage.
- A total of 190 bored piles, which can go down to the rocky ground with a diameter of 100 cm and a depth of 20 meters, were built under the foundation level of our high-rise buildings.
- The bottom and side surfaces of the entire foundation system are made with high quality insulation material imported from Europe.
